A Sunny Day in the Park

Today was a lovely sunny day and in the afternoon I went to the park with Rydog. I always like going to this particular park and it has some very beautiful places to take photos.

The skirt I am wearing is one that I made not so long ago. This skirt is probably my favourite at the moment and there are many different tops to wear it with. I am aware that I haven't posted a skirt tutorial yet but I have been thinking about it and I realised that I am not yet skilled enough to do so. I had a lot of help even with my second skirt and I can't actually remember all the steps. After I finish university for the year I am planning to spend some time improving my skills and eventually I will be able to show you how to make one too.

After the park I came home and worked on my criminal law assessment. It wasn't a very productive night because I usually go out at this time of the week so I found it very difficult to concerntrate. At least I got something done. I hope everyone is having a good weekend.

I adore your skirt, the fabric is so sweet. I would love to make a dress from that type of patten. The skirt I made a couple of months ago took me ages too, I was so proud when I finished it lol. Your skirt goes well with your belt too.

Lovely outfit and beautiful surroundings:) Your skirt is really pretty! I'm jealous of your pretty weather, in Norway it's raining and about 0 degrees C... I miss summer:)

What a fun and beautiful photo shoot! This park looks like the perfect place to wile away an afternoon. The geese are so cute. I know they can be nasty little creatures, but I have a such a soft spot for them :) You look lovely, dear! Your top has such pretty details.

That skirt is amazing! I'm not doing any criminal law this year and I miss it. It is very difficult to knuckle down when you would usually be out and about though! :) x
