Alannah Fashion

If you have been reading my blog for awhile, then you may be aware that Alannah Hill is my absolute favourite designer. I like the colours, detailing and femininity of the designs, especially all those bows, sparkles, polka dots and florals and I think it accurately represents my personal style than any other collections. I thought I would quickly share with you this collection that current appears on the website.

Photos from Alannah Hill.

Its finally the Easter long weekend and I have so many events planned for the next couple of days. I think it will be fun a fun weekend for socialising and relaxing. I have decided to forget about university work for the long weekend and start on my assessments on Tuesday. Even though I have a lot to do next week, I hope I can put it out of my mind and take these few days for myself to enjoy. I think I need that right now.

The careful choice of colours to compose such beautiful ultra-feminine artwork and have so many colours within the red family without having any clash is amazing all by itself. What is phenomenal is that absolutely everything within the photos is so perfect in every detail. The lighting, the colour, the perfection of the flower arrangements, the hairstyling, the photographic work all work together to highlight the lovely feminine fashions they surround. The flowery frilly detail on the plum coloured dress is heavenly as is the pleated yoke and flowery heart on the bodice of the blouse in the second photo. The puffy sleeves of the first dress and the fingerless gloves all make my heart flutter, and I note the care in choosing gloves that colour coordinate with the outfits. The hint of lingerie is nice in the fourth photo. The spring floral patterns are very nice and very pretty, especially on the skirt in the last photo, and all the pretty bows just top it off. Thank you for turning me on to Alannah Hill's designs. Since you wrote that the collection reflects your personal style I must follow your blog from now on.
