Recently I treated myself to a few new items from Dangerfield. As I have said before, Dangerfield is one of my absolute favourite brands because I think the designs are so unique and I adore the vintage aspect to many of the clothes. I have liked this label for awhile but I have loved it ever since my trip to Melbourne last November after discovering it is bigger down there than in Sydney. I just finished my mid semester essay for planning law this week so that was one of the reasons why I decided to have a fun shopping trip and purchase a few items. I'm pleased with myself for getting through the essay because it was the longest assessment I have ever written and I was concerned about it to start with. It is good to have it out of the way now.
I adore the vintage inspired print on this dress. It reminds me of the 1970s and of something that would be worn on the Brady Bunch (which is one of my favourite television shows). I think there are a few different ways to style this dress such as with red accessories or navy blue accessories.
I love the faux fur and peter pan collar on this jacket as well as the shorter length. I also like this shade of green at the moment and I have acquired a few items in this colour. However, I need some suggestions on what to wear it with. Obviously black would work but please tell me if you can think of anything else.
I have wanted a leopard print clothing item for a long time now and I have finally caught on to the animal print trend. It took awhile to find a tasteful leopard print item that I liked but I think this is just right for my purposes. I have actually loved this print for many years, long before the recent style came out. It has a bow at the front, I don't know how well you can see that. Also, apart from black what would be appropriate to wear with this top?
Have an enjoyable weekend.

i had to look twice, but i do see the bow on the leopard print blouse. lovely. i think a red skirt would be nice, or maybe a pale pink skirt. i saw that pairing somewhere and it seemed to work.
I love the things you chose, I agree they have a very vintage-y vibe! That leopard print top is gorgeous.
xx
Such lovely treats! And that shade of green is gorgeous. I think most neutral and muted colors would go nicely with it and perhaps even a fun shade of pink. I was going to suggest red for Christmastime, but then remembered that you probably wouldn't want to wear a big jacket in the summer! ;)
Great shopping list!
These are beautiful items, Imogen. I especially adore the vintage dress. I hope you have a wonderful weekend. xoxo
Dangerfield have some gorgeous clothes. I'm loving the green jacket - the peter pan collar rally adds to it. Its hard to find tasteful animal print clothing but i think you did well with the top! Looking forward to seeing how you style these.
the print on the dress is gorgeous, i can totally se you wearing this!
I love your purchases. The first dress looks gorgeous. Can't wait to see it on you.
I adore your new dress! I tried a few dangerfield dresses on recently, of course the ones I liked werent in my size :(
I would suggest the leopard print would go well with bold colours like hot pink or blue!
