RIP Nana

I'm sorry for not posting over the last week. The main reason for that is because my Nana died this week and blogging certainly hasn't been my main priority. Nana developed cancer at the beginning of the year and her condition deteriorated very quickly throughout this year. This week she had a virus so I think she died of a combination of that and the cancer. It has been a difficult few months and I can't believe she is gone. Even though she was sick we expected her to have a few more weeks. I think I'm still in a partial state of disbelief. Its a very strange feeling I've had this week. I feel as though I should be doing something to help the situation but I don't know what. It doesn't feel right doing fun things and going about my normal life. Nana was an amazing woman. She had such personality and she was a fun person to be around. I have so many memories of spending time with her both as a child and over the last few years. I loved her very much and I will miss her.

This is a picture of the flowers and bear that Rydog sent me this week.

I hope I will be able to return to blogging soon. I have missed it and it will probably help take my mind off things. I will try and take some outfit pictures over the weekend and I will reply to all your comments in the next couple of days.

Also I received this blog award from the lovely Jennifer. I like the style of this award, it is so classic. I'm very pleased to receive it. Thank you.
I'm passing this onto:
1. Tres Tres Chic
2. London Rose
3. Warm Pajamas
4. On Dressing Up
5. Annie Spandex
6. The Sydney Girl

Hi hi, I'm so sorry honey. I love flowers, so that's a nice way to cheer up. But really, I send my sincerest of regards and I really hope you're doing okay.

Death is never easy. Please have a good day.<3 Don't forget that there will always be people that love you.

I'm so sorry about your Nana. She seems like she was a lovely woman and was very lucky to have such a sweet, caring family.
I wish there was more I could say, but I know sometimes words just can't help. Only time and fond memories will help heal some of the sadness...

I'm really sorry to hear that :( She obviously knew you loved and cared about her very much.
I know exactly what you mean about not feeling like doing fun things. I felt like that when my sister had her accident - Don't worry, that is so normal.
Feel better soon :)
